Welcome to the online home of Fishing With Captain Jim Henley. Captain Jim is licensed by the United States Coast Guard, and has been for many years, as a Charter Captain. He also serves on the Coast Guard Emergency Response Team.
He serves as the exclusive charter service for the Steinhatchee Landing Resort and charters many of the customers at the River Haven Marina and Motel.
He has been featured in many industry publications, Southern Living, The Miami Herald, The St. Petersburg Times, The Tampa Tribune, Bass Pro Shop's, "Outdoor Site LIbrary", and many other publications throughout the United States and internationally. He has been featured in television shows in the Tampa, Orlando, and Daytona Beach areas as well as participates in two weekly international radio shows with Southern Sportsman. His passion for charter fishing began at the age of 8, when his mom asked him to take her friends fishing. 
He spends each day relieving the stress of his clients, helping a child catch their first fish, allowing a family to have fun together without the real world bothering them. How can you not enjoy a day of undisturbed nature in the flats of the Gulf of Mexico, with family and friends!
